an introduction to me!

i’m tori, and i’ve been writing stories and ramblings since i was 5 years old. i’ve always loved coming up with elaborate tales based on my epic woes and whatever media i’m consuming at that point in time. some of my earliest works included twilight fanfiction posted on fanfiction.net, and various attempts at blogs and journals. most recently, i’ve been working on a macbeth adaptation set in 1960s kennedy era. one day, if we are ever so lucky, that will be published for the entire world to read.

most recently, i've been diligently working on my substack, A Call Coming from Inside the House. 

i’m a children’s librarian (by accident) and an adjunct professor at two universities to teach for their first year writing programs. 

all of this to say, i am so good at reading and writing.
